so if im not mistaken, copulation can take place for a couple of minutes to hours and days correct? and if it does last for just a couple of minutes, should i separate the male or leave him in for the three (3) day rotation? thanks

I think average is 9 hours for adult balls
little bitty baby males might breed for just a few hours then lose intrest and go play video games...not sure...never did breed a 370 or so gram male...
did breed a 4000???plus gram male for years...LOL
