I would say 54 grams and up.

I agree, females should definitely be in the 50-60 grams range. My minimum weight for females is 55 grams.

It's advisable to wait until mails are in that ballpark range too, but they can and do breed at lesser weights without ill consequencesObviously breeding puts lets strain on the males.
