i just got an aru. they are great little creatures, vicious psychotic, but still great.
i got my info from yassar's site at spitfire reptiles. basically asside from being more arboreal( in theory that is) they are not much differant temp wise than a carpet. mine is my juvy rack that has my yrling carpets are kept, and at the same temps as they are and she is fine.
basking area 86-90 ambiant in the low to mid 80's. the only differance i have noticed is that the scrub atleast as a baby needs higher humidity at shedding time, spray the cage and than let it dry out afterwards and no problems.
check out spitfires site and be prepared for a long taming process when you get yours.
mine is now 4 months old and i can now reach into the cage and handle her with out getting bit but she is in no way tame ask my family members.
hope this helps
dave
