Last Pics of Summer...(Dial-Up Warning!)

klank4d Sep 11, 2003 04:46 AM

The clouds broke and temp was low 60s. So with the sun setting around 8:00 p.m., we had little light left and decided to take a few pics before the last vestiges of summer fade into the long arctic winter!

Nothing like taking a stroll with a nearly 13' python, making a dash for the little patch of sunlit grass.

Our female burm, Rose.

Our male labyrinth, Matrix.

Hope to breed these two this December.

Our purple albino retic, Lydia. I know I'm biased but she's one of the most beautiful animals I've ever seen. Her purple is almost transluscent and her yellow nearly necessitates a "WARNING!" sign.

Unfortunately, this is the only shot we got of our supertiger, Dad (I tell everyone I named him after my father--so I just call him "Dad".

Take care,
Kevin

I was looking at these and saying to myself,.. "wow,. I haven't seen a male albino laby that good looking since my friend Danny took my 8 foot male". Then I thought,.... "Arctic",... "Kevin",..... "Hey,... that's the guy I referred to Danny to buy him!" What a coinky-dink.

They look great Kevin,.. good job. He looks like he's grown a foot and put on at least 15 pounds. By the way, sorry about the delay in him getting shipped. I'm glad Danny finally got it all worked out and got him to you.

Take care man, Brian

True "power" is not to be found in social or economic placement or stature, which are merely illusory, finite, frail and brief.
True power is to be found in one's sheer will and personal determination to achieve one's goals at ANY cost and at ANY sacrifice.

Yeah, Brian, I acquired him from Danny in June. He was a little on the slim side and ate his first f/t rabbit the evening he arrived. Danny said he really didn't have the time/resources to put into him and was glad he was going to be well cared for. He is a handsom specimen for sure (the snake, not Danny...although in all honesty I've never met Danny so I can't comment as to his handsomness).

Take care,
Kevin
