ALWAYS lock your cages!! (Graphic)

drasticplastic Feb 27, 2009 01:30 AM

It was feeding time tonight and after I feed my guys I always go back to double check that they ate everything, only this time I got the feeling I was forgetting something. I forgot to lock one of my boaphiles and one of my females got out. As soon as I stepped up to her cage to check on her, bam! She got me near my ankle, at first I thought it was the little rat dog we have nipping at my socks again. Of course it was the meanest boa that I own who hates the sight of me, that was fun trying to put her back in her cage. Anyway, just a quick note to ALWAYS make sure you lock your cages or keep them secure. At least she didn't get away though right? haha.

Maybe she thinks you are some kind of trouble maker or something... LOL

At least it was you and not the little rat dog she got.

It's a good thing you don't keep snakes with venom.
