re:breeding advice

chameleon2005 Sep 11, 2003 07:14 AM

hi guys,

I posted a message a couple of weeks ago about breeding my Cham.

I have since changed my set up out of the glass aquarium to a 260 Gallon Mesh cage.
He is soooooooo much happier now and i`ll post pics of the new setup shortly!

So back to my original question can anyone give me any advice on breeding Veileds. My male is about double the size of my females, is this okay or is he too big?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance

he is way too big to be bred with those little girls, in my opinion. they can be pretty agressive during mating, and a good general rule is to make sure that they are both about the same size, or as close as possible. then again, he may not hurt her at all, you would have to be very careful with the introduction.
