On the 2nd pic below, see the retracted tongue.

I was under the impression the vomeronasal organ / Jacobson's organ was in/under the nasal cavity.
The part on the roof of the Snakes mouth One small cavity(two total) for each part of the fork tongue to receive the smells.

looks like the holes are it and those slits are where the upper teeth are schethed (ssp)

Yes tiny Ducts/holes on roof of mouth

The glottis is located just behind the tongue and the Jacob's Organ is located in the front upper half of the roof of the snakes mouth.
