BW Caramel Litter

styrsnake Feb 28, 2009 03:12 AM

103 days POS my female gave birth to a nice little litter of BW Caramels and 66% poss. hets. Can't wait to see what these guys end up looking like after they shed. These were produced from a BW Caramel het that I produced in 05. I will post some more pics after these guys shed.
Thanks,
Steve Scroggs

Hey Chris,
Thanks for the compliments, its actually my wifes hand, but I have always wondered what I would look like with my nails done. LOL My wife doesn't usually get involved with my snakes, but I was so happy to finally produce these guys, she couldn't stand not getting involved.
Thanks,
Steve

Wow Steve! Those look fantastic. They are sooo light they could almost pass as paradigms. Are they always this light colored at birth and they darken, or are these just exceptional caramels? Either way, amazing animals.

This is my first litter of BW Caramels, so I couldn't really answer that question. I can say when I got my original BW caramel female she wasn't as light as these guys. Big Mike could probably provide a little more insight on this subject since he has alot more experience with the genes.
Thanks,
Steve

Killer!!! WTG Steve... what a great litter.

I love that we're finally starting to see these things produced.

were the odds? I am expecting Paradigms and BW Caramels in early June if all goes well. Awesome looking animals.

Ty,
I ended up with 6 caramels out of about 20 babies, so I think I hit pretty good odds. I seen your pairing on your website, best of luck with them.
Thanks,
Steve
