Sorry don't mean to laugh, snow isn't fun, but I have to a little bit because, we actually don't have any snow on the ground right now here in Iowa, but it is still cold as heck like highs in the 20s, normal right now for us shold be in the 40s though. Couple inches is nothin, how would you like to wake up in the morning to a couple feet!!! The good news is your snow will be melted and gone in a couple days this time of year anyway right?

I know, I know...I used to live farther north, so winters here don't seem like much.
Funny thing is, it was so warm here three days ago that I saw a ribbon snake in the back yard. Go figure.
Saw my first bunch of Robins in the back yard last weekend, always love to see them, they bring so much hope
but March always draaaaaags on, causing "madness"

Here in NY it is 22 degrees and we got 10 inches today. The first biggie of the year and next week they say it is going up to 55. The boxie pen is snowed under.
Poor guys. I've got the fever and have been waiting on the boxies to poke their heads out. It might happen this week with a full week of warm weather ahead of us. Everything is leafing out in my yard and I even got some flowers on my rose bushes, salvias, and magnolia tree.
Yeah, Stephanie, what was up with that?! I had a serious case of Spring fever. Then, blammo, half a foot of snow. It warmed up rather quickly, though, and I had several box turtles emerging while there was still a snowwoman (my daughter was very clear on the gender) melting in our yard.
I was camping in Okefenokee swamp last weekend. It was 78 degrees while we were on the water taking pictures of alligators and basking turtles. We stopped for gas in Northern GA on the way home while it was still pretty warm. When we pulled into the driveway here in the central Carolinas, it was 29 degrees with freezing rain! Now, it'll be 80 today and tomorrow. Craziness!
