Here's a freshly-hatched tangerine albino from my hybino project. Dad's a gorgeous tangerine albino het for hypo; mom's a double-het for hybino (hypo and albino). Originating from hypos from the Love "tangerine dream" line seems to have infused this strain with a nice tendancy for tangerines. The occasional tricolor does show up, in an albino, or in the hypos het/albino and het/albino possible het hypos that the clutches also produce.
One in four of these tangerine albinos, statistically, should be hypo as well and thus true hybinos; two in four will be het/hypos; one in four, "just" albino. Unfortunately, we haven't figured out yet how to distinguish the hybinos from the others without test breeding.
