Somw one earlier this year joked that this was going to be the year of the arabesque with all the cool hopefull arabesque pairings we have been seeing. Well I was hoping the same would be true for my snake room, but honestly I only feel half good abou my chances on these, but now the males are worn out, lost intrest and are now both in shed, hmmm..

So my most anticipated litter hopefull for this year got off to a slow start, I had another pair in the room that had been breeding for 6 weeks fefore this young male started to court. At first I thought maybe hes a she or maybe he is too young, but he was a ltttle over two, born on 09-06

So here they are, a hypo motley het anery from Linda H, named Bandit, and a 04 arabesque female het anery from Bill Kirby

And allot of swelling, pre-ov or ov I can never really tell yet.

then he lost intrest and she went into a shed

Post shed

A good pic of the two, I feel good about the breeding just felt like it was a little too quicke , only took 6-10 weeks or so. Time will tell.

My next pair I am a little more worried about, lots of courting and hook ups, lots of swelling a worn out male now in shed, but no P.O.S. She did have a shed rather early on but the two had only been breeding for a month or so. Either she was gravid and he still breed her for like two more months or she just did not take.

03 arabesque het albino from pete x 06 Yagi jungle male %66 het albino.

So like I said strange, allot of good swellings early on and a lot of breeding but where is the pos, After the male eats and finishing shedding I am going to put them both back in, but both really had lost all intrest and went into a shed, what do you guys think.

Here are some pics of one of my holdback red group jungles sired by the jungle above last year.

Thanks for looking and any ideas, and sorry for the gigantic post, just bord on a rainy day off.

pairings! Best of luck. Beautiful females! The males aren't to shabby either.
