I've kept macklotti for about 4 yrs. now next yr. I plan to breed them. Mine are a little nervous if she is being looked down on. Once in hand she is ok she wraps around my waste like a living belt. as far acaging they are active & like humidty. So a spacious one w/ climbing perches will be great. they get about 6ft. males, 8-9ft.females.

I have one that is about 5 feet and I have had him for about a year. He is very aggressive in the cage but is very tame once out of it. So, i recommend getting yours use to you opening the cage and picking it up.

Sincerely,
Will
