here's a few better pics of the Potions

anthony james mc Mar 05, 2009 01:39 PM

I am very pleased that both Mystic Potions ate within 24 hrs of their first sheds, they are off to an incredible start and I couldn't be more pleased with them. As I said one is lighter in color than the other, I can't decide which one I like better , both types of looks are pretty nice I think. These pics were taken this afternoon, it was in the upper 60's so I snuck them outside for about 3 minutes. No tricks with my pics as obviously I barely know how to run a camera the way it is, LOL. Hope you get a better idea with these pics.

Good luck to everyone this season!

stunning..I love them. You might want to try a darker background with some natural sunlight. that way the greyish/ purpleish tones really pop!

Awesome

Absolutely incredible!!!! I agree that a dark background in natural sunlight would help the pics. Congrats! You should be very proud!!!

smitx Mar 05, 2009 04:10 PM

The only way they could look better is if they were in my collection...

Very Nice, Congrats!!!!

Very nice, Anthony! The mystic sure is proving to be a great morph to use in combos. Who knows what will come out when combined to other morphs like yellowbellys, fires, crystals, super stripe, etc. Get to work on all that now!

Those are both awesome!
If you want to get rid of one, I'll take the darker one.

Thanks for sharing,
Ken

Anthony: those are incredible, congrats again, and thanks for helping me to get into the mystics last year. I can't wait to see some of those guys at my house! Tom Harbin

anthony james mc Mar 05, 2009 10:02 PM

Thanks Tom, you are very welcome! I am glad to be of help . This single Mystic x Mojave clutch put an added spark in the eyes of those that were willing to take a chance on my Mystic project early on. Yet in other ways it shines alot of potential and interest for those that are still working on getting their first Mystic to incorporate some subtle but nonetheless powerful genetics into their projects! It's all good at this point! Time to have some fun with it and make the genetics available so more people can realistically make their own Mystic crosses and keep things interesting for years to come!

These are nice..but they look like the 'silver bullets'... or was it sterling silver?

anthony james mc Mar 06, 2009 04:46 PM

Not sure I agree with you , they look more like lighter toned Super Phantoms and are ALOT like the Purple Passions. My pics could be better, they are alot more purple than they are silver. Genetically speaking they have nothing in common with a Silver Streaks or Sterlings either.

They look very purple . Outside natural lighting doesnt lie and boy are they nice. I wouldnt be able to sleep just so I could look at them 24/7 if they were here.

varanuskeeper Mar 07, 2009 11:13 AM

I think Kevin from nerd produced them before. Check out the link, scroll down to Kevin's purple passions. I think he used a phantom. Tyler.
