I have an idea...looking for help

iso Sep 11, 2003 12:28 PM

I read this board almost evey day.

I see the same questions asked almost every day.

I have a few domians and such not being used. Would anybody be interested in helping me put together the kingsnake FAQ? Something we can point common Qs to?

Examples:
I have heard Ficus is bad...is it?
Should I get a Panther or Veiled?
How many chameleons can I keep in a cage?
What size/kind cage should I use?
What kind of food should I feed?
Help! I think my cham has MBD!

Im sure you can think of a few others!

If you want to help - let me know. I think it would be a valuable resource - a collective FAQ by people you can trust.

That is a very good idea. I think its called a sticky thread or something. I would be interested in helping out. I think it would save loads of time if you could just redirect a new keeper to a link or something. Let me know if I can be of any assistance.

Well, to be honest almost all the answers to these questions already exist as faq's on other cham sites. The simplest thing may be to refer people to those sites. I refer people to them all the time as I know the info is good. For those who don't already know them, here are my "classics":

www.adcham.com, www.chameleonnews.com, www.chameleonjournals.com, www.geocities.com/ccicenter, www.calumma.com, and www.herpnutrition.com
