I've got a humidity hide for my two leos, and I was wondering if I need to worry about bacteria or anything else building up since it's damp in there. If so, is there anything to prevent it or solve it? Thanks.

If the box is constantly wet or damp, mold will start to grow. The only thing you can do really is to wet it and let it dry and keep doing that or keep cleaning when you see some mold.
I use vermiculite and it seems to hold water pretty well. I just wasn't sure if it was something I should be overly cautious about. Thanks.
I've never had a problem with mold in my humid hides. I've used paper towels, and now I just use peat moss. It is a good idea to replace the medium at least every few weeks or after you see any crickets spending a lot of time in there (they will lay their eggs).
