Gravid vestigium

wwwwwells Mar 11, 2009 03:19 PM

Brock gave me this lizard a couple of years ago when it was a juvenile and we thought it was male. After the first year I began to wonder since it wasn't getting any color on the dewlap. This year she is showing off some gravid colors and hopefully will lay some fertile eggs. She's been hanging out with my large male. I have to keep an eye on them since he's known to attack other lizards. She spends a few hours with him then I put her home cage.

Really like her pattern on her back it's a little different than what ya normally see. My Chia had a weirder pattern than most also.

Anyway I like your girl, hoping for the best
