It begins....

Nokturnel Tom Mar 11, 2009 06:52 PM

Well I was in no hurry to start the 2009 season here as once it starts I have to dedicate over 50 hours a week to the animals... but after 3 months of being lazy I am once again suffering from snake fever. Every year is exciting but I have many cool projects on deck. ALL of my snakes are ready for their first meals...I hope to get my rodents by Friday and once these guys start pigging out the pheromones will be flowing.
Here's my P.B. female

This gal was actually scoping herself out for a meal,a few of my snakes were all riled up and were giving themselves "test bites".

Here's a nice light Bell line Hypo.

Tons more pics coming soon

Great looking snakes! How come you never post your breeders MBK? Would love to see yours if poss? Good luck this season.

Honestly they're so black that most pics do not even show their eyes haha. I will get some though, my female is a 1999 and she is still one of my faves

I agree about showing the adult MBK's, since I now have two of their offspring patrolling a couple cages in my house! Really cool little kings; thanks. Looking forward to watching them bulk up and grow. You won't recognize them 6 months from now!

Those two snakes look very much like my breeders.
Good luck this year. See ya in Daytona?

I hope your wife doesn't read "gloom and doom" along with your mention of her...haha. Got a comfy couch dude?
Supposed to be bigger than ever this year? I wonder if the added space will mean added vendors and less foot traffic at the Show?

I can not imagine every table being taken this season, and if so maybe they will have more dry goods vendors? You and I both know what types of snakes have been dominating at that show and I have to wonder if they will be there in large numbers this time? I have never gone and had any regrets. It's too much fun.
