I'm still working out the technical bugs I'm experiencing (trying to avoid using Maria Cantwell's nefarious RealPlayer) but I hope to be able to download, rather than stream, the hearing, in order to review it carefully and make available a transcript "soon." I'm listening to Andy Price as the file streams right now so I've heard some good testimonies up to this point.

An actual transcript would be excellent.
Many folks wont be able to access the video for technical and broadband reasons.
My "updates" were just rambling highlights and commentary that is probably riddled with errors and omissions. Also, my player locked up a couple of times, so there's no telling what I missed.
It would be excellent if the transcript could identify the representatives. I was unable to tell who was speaking much of the time.
