Montserrat West Indies - ID please

Can anyone tell me what this is? Saw it in a tree last week in Montserrat, have looked at Kingsnake West Indies page but not clear.Perhaps 2 - 3 ft long. Up in the hills.

I suspect it is a species of Alsophis, but I don't know which ones occur on Monserrat.
