Those are some fantastic photo's, I really like the head shot of the leopard.

What and how do you use to light the subject? I am impressed with all of those and gorgeous snakes too.

I use off-camera flash with a softbox to defuse the light. It gives a nice soft look. Thanks for the comments.

Thank you. 98% of my photos are shot using a canon 17-85mm IS. It's not the sharpest lens canon makes but it's certainly sharp enough for me. I really like the range and the macro ability as well. For the closer stuff i use the canon 100mm macro.
