While I do not know the specifics, it is my understanding that he sold off his hognose collection and basically got out of the business. His web site has been down for at least a few years now and I have not found any relative information regarding him or his recent activities at all.

I thought Richard passed away and his wife sold his collection...could be wrong though. :/
