Kingsnakes apparently will eat eggs of birds in the wild, but I have not seen or heard of any information about this behavior in captivity. If offered the eggs of say, doves, finches, parakeets, etc, will kingsnakes know what to do with them Or will they turn up their nose and wait for you to hand them a mouse instead?
Basically I'm just wondering if any of you kingsnake keepers give your snakes eggs to eat. And if so, details please?
