Stunned???

Give me some advice. My collared is going through a shed and I was getting ready to give him soak in water when he decided to leap from the sink top and landed on the floor at an awkward angle. When I quick picked him and sat him on the sink, he seemed to be going through a convulsion with his limbs and tail shaking. It passed in less within 15 seconds and seems to behave normally now but it gave me a scare anyway. What do you think, maybe he almost knocked himself out or what?
Unfortunately this animal has no fear of heights whatsoever!

I think he was hurt/ fearful, and went into shock briefly.

These guys can get major injuries from falls. I know they can be squirmy at times. I'm glad he's okay, but would keep an eye on him for a while just to make sure all his limbs are functioning, and back/spine is fine so on....

As far as his shedding, just use a mist bottle and mist him right in his tank with warm water. He won't like it much but it does help the shed skin to come off quicker.
