It looks like he is not warm enough. The circles on his belly & neck are indicating, not enough heat/light, and or stress.
What are the temps in his cage?

hey yea sorry, i thought u were talkin bout someone else but please tell me what pictures u see those circles in cause i dont really know what circles on his body you are talking about. and the temp is usually 80 on one side and 103 on the other. those are the average temps.
