...Wrong forum but there is so little traffic on the shipping forum and what YOU have to say is more important anyway. What's up with Fedex? They are making ALL of my 2009 deliveries on time. It seemed like in 2007 Fedex was late, sometimes very late with many shipments. Last year they improved and so far this year they are making all of my diliveries on time. Their tracking information is also much more accurate than before. I am always interested to know how people's shipments with the different shippers are going. If you have shipped or gotten a shipment with reptiles recently how did it go? Has anyone shipped or checked prices with the new Pro Shipping service with UPS? Big thanks to Robin at Pro Exotics for working with UPS to make this work. Now we need to see how the prices and service compare to Fedex.

Personally, I've never had a problem with FedEx (knock on wood). I've always been very happy with their service.

Have made several fedex shipments this year and all but one arrived on time, the one was less than an hour "late"

I've had great success with FedEx so far. Only once have they shown up late to my customer, and only a couple hours late too. Snake was just fine. They did screw up once when I was receiving a box and I didn't get it for 2 days. THAT was scary, but the snake was fine.
I haven't tried any other shippers, though.

I've only had a couple of critters come in since fall, they've actually been on time. I've got one in particular that will be shipping early next week and I'm really glad to hear that FedEx appears to have gotten its S together, the past few years have been really bad. With Delta stinking up the friendly skies, things were looking pretty bleak with Take-Your-Chances being the most common option.
