Eastern kingsnakes

hobbes992 Mar 21, 2009 01:34 AM

Does anyone know of any reputable eastern kingsnake breeders in/near Florida? I've attended several shows and they don't seem very common.

I've seen a heck of a lot of them at the Daytona show, which is the third weekend in August. Breeders from all over the country go to that one.

Doug,

I got that one from Mr. Howie Sherman (Strikers Herps).
You can find his site on kingsnake.com's Breeders Listing.

Check out Kevin Enges table at the Daytona expo. You can also try and do a search for him as he lives in Florida and workd for the F&G. A lot of breeders got their stock from him as he has been breeding easterns for many years.

Cool snake Brad,I like the wide white from the GA easterns.
Is that a bit of red in the white? Hard to tell in that pic

Yep-the females of this line especially seem to retain a lot of red/orange in the banding....
