I have only shipped via UPS one time...my package was guaranteed by a certain time, and arrived late. I returned to the facility to get my guaranteed refund the next business day. I was told I had to use the 1-800 number. OK Fine...I wish I would have been told that at the counter...
I called the following Monday, after being told the computers were re-booting or something like that. On monday, I talked with them, and gave all my information again to get my Credit Card credited...I just got my statement, and it shows refund was credited by UPS!!! OK find...
I called yesterday afternoon...guess what, they can't find out right now; their computers are down again.
I just got off the phone with them again today..."I can't issue a refund, it's been later than 15 business days...I don't get mad easily, so this is good
I have two girls names I've talked to, and now am awaiting a call from their supervisor.
Why is it, we have to give our names, phone number, credit card numbers...If I want to call them back..."sorry, we do not have a direct line, you'll have to call the 1-800 back and get whoever may answer the phone next. BSSSSSSSSSS!!!!
