Tom is there any way you could find out if this blood line is still alive? Germany has given us some very interesting animals lately.....stripe dusky pigmies, t albino panamints, and the t albino bajas are supposed to be over there too.....i'm not sure if Glade's bajas were produced in Germany or here in the states....Chris Jones was the first person i know to produce the albino baja, but he said he was contacted by someone in Germany that had produced some.....so it would seem the pied rubers could very well be the next great thing from Germany, if they were able to breed it....

I've been checking with some of my old time customers and so far NO one has even heard of a Pied Rattlesnake of any kind. I can't remember the person's name but he got a great selection of N. American Crotalids including that ruber. He also got an almost all faded pink neonate Grand Canyon Rattlesnake from legal confiscated parents I bought from a friend of mine. That I remember as well because it's to this day the only one I've ever owned....

Oh, Tom has had a lot of unusal rattlesnakes in his shop. I remember totally pink sidewinders that we recieved. These guy's were solid pink! He also had a hypo Bushmaster that I think was sold to the San Diego Zoo. Lot's of great animals when I worked there. I saw more unusal reptiles than anyone would ever see in a lifetime while working for Tom, Albino gator's, iggy's, hypo snakes, turtle's etc. One day he probably will post a pic of him and me with an albino alligator on his website. A truly incredible creature.

Ab.Fab! This is the hottest snake I've ever seen. My favorite hottie! I guess I better get in a long line of 'hope to owns someday'. Have looked a Rubios' picture a hundred times. Please share the genes. Just Ab Fab!
