bob8 Mar 23, 2009 07:41 PM

Should the sealed egg boxes have any air holes?

Thanks
Bob

I put two 1/16 - 1/8 size holes on two sides of the box and it seems to do fine.

You absolutely need air holes! Those eggs are living, breathing objects! You'll need more air exchange towards the end, which usually isn't a problem as most people coming down the stretch, check 2-3 times a day!

You do NOT need air holes, the eggs get enough air flow when you check them every FEW days!
