normals in NJ?

when i aksed some lady in a pet shop if she had any normal corns she said you cant sell them in jersey...that isnt true is it? well, if it was i could get one at MARS,that is, if i want another corn

Corns are listed as 'endangered' in New Jersey, and they prohibit keeping of any corn without red eyes. (Basically you have to keep amel morphs and amel combos like blizzard, snow, etc)

LOL thats funny.......corns are like all captive bred and there are tons of breeders, something ain't right eh....no way they can be endangered

What do you mean? You can have a million of something in captivity and still have them be endangered in the wild! There are a bunch of species where they are doing OK in captivity, but they are almost extinct in the wilds (mostly mammals and not herps, granted). Corns snakes ARE protected in NJ fro sale AND ownership. If you got one from out-of-state and brought it back to NJ, you'd be breaking a federal law and the state law.

Don't risk it personally or risk making all herpers look worse than we already do.
