I haven't heard from Allen in years, I wonder if he has stopped keeping/breeding hots altogether?

That's what I'm wondering...
I've been back over a year now, but no sign of him. I saw Jaffo post a few times when I lurked a couple of years ago. A few other oldtimers are also here ( Budman for one..)
But no trace of Allen or his wife. I do think he has either given up on herps or on Kingsnake.
A great loss, I'd say..

According to Allen's VR.org profile he no longer keeps hots...

Jaffy is still around. Most of the old crowd have gone off of here in favor of venomousreptiles.org, years back.
I've been a lurker to this forum for over ten years.
I distictly remember A.H.'s venom101 stuff and especially some of the stories that were included there. (Forest Cobra transported while riding in a cab among others.)
I recall that A.H. stopped keeping hots as he had family responsibilities and made a difficult decision with regards to obligations and priorities. I think that happened 3-5 years ago just off the top of my head.
I've had a long fascination for hots but have never kept due to obligations etc. myself and that won't change for quite some time.
