hovobators?

I now have ordered a hovobator does any body own one? how do they work do you have to add water to keep it humid inside, i need an idea? i want to incubate Ackie eggs?

I used hovabators with much smaller reptile eggs (snake, and small lizards) a few times (a few friends had them). I wouldnt attempt to use a hovabator with beardies, let alone ackies.
Hovabators are made for small bird eggs, definitely not for large lizards of any kind.
I built my own incubators, they were a heck of alot easier to set up, to set the temps, were alot bigger than any hovabator, or any 5 of them combined, and cost a fraction of the price of any incubator you can buy.
