I really didn't want another one but........ I need Your Help with this one..........

I made the mistake of going to Petco with My Parents today....... Someone had dumped off an Ig that is Maybe 14-16 inches stl. We're guessing that He is around a year old.... He has BAD MBD on his nose and a few Really crooked toes with some retained Shed and a couple inches broken off His tail, which ends in black...... I couldn't leave Him there and My mom agreed..... He's in My other ig's Old house, Not in together (obviously). He has a basking lamp, food, water, and UVB.... He went right into the tub in a warm bath to try to help with the retained Shed when He got home (while setting His house up). I'm new to MBD...... What can I do to help correct this..... It's hard to discribe what His nose looks like so I'll try to get some pics.... But there is a ..... "Cleft".... In his top lip... And VERY bad rubbing/Peeling on His nose with Black under the scales..... I'm worried......... He's not the worst I've ever seen but....... What can I do to reverse this? Are there any Suppliments I can give Him? I have Reptivite and Reptical that I give My BD's (6 days a week on Crix) and My Other Ig (once a week on Salad). I was gonna start Him off with once a week on these (I know the proper Diet for Igs) with His salad..... His weight is pretty good (Nice fat tail and good covering over His ribs but it could be better) and He is Very spunky (Clawed My arms up pretty good)...... So There are some good points to him.... Anything else I can do? The cage He's in now is 4'tall, 3'Wide, and 2'deep rubbed coated wire mesh. I know that when He grows He'll need more but at the moment The cage Dwarfs Him...... Any ideas or Suggestions are VERY welcome..... Thanks......

my vet prescribed calcium gluconate for my Zephyr who has MBD, and he gave me a prescription and a local pharmacy ordered it. good luck with him!! today at petco i talked to a woman and her two daughters who were ooing and awwing over the baby iguanas, i said how they get LARGE, expensive, and aggressive.not a cuddle affectionaty pet. she listened and hopefully they will do their research if they ever decide to get one
