If I mix a coral sunglow and a motley

What would I get,

Hypos, Albinos, a mix of both?

0.1 Ball Python (Cyeanne)
0.1 Red Tail (Memphis)
1.0 Coral Sun Glow Boa (Rodman)

1.0 Emerald Tree Boa (Bing Bong)

25% Hypo Motleys Het Albino
25% Motleys Het Albino
25% Hypos Het Albino
25% Het Albinos

The Coral trait is Polygenic so all animlas would carry varying degrees of the trait.

I believe with that pairing, since the motley isn't a het albino, you would get half motleys and half normals with half of them being hypo and half normal coloration all het for albino. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think that's what you would end up with.

So in order to get an albino motley, I need a Het Albino Motley to get those. Correct?

That is correct. But not only would you produce a coral albino motley, you can produce Coral Sunglow Mots as well.
