A pr of Bcc to be locked up for 5-6 days straight?
Every time I check on them, morning, noon and night they are locked up. I haven't seen them take a break in nearly a week and I check on them frequently.
They had been copulating on and off since February. The frequency picked up a few weeks ago, but now it's constant.
I've had C. atrox copulate for 2 days at a time, but I've never seen anything like this before. Is it normal?

I would be worried about that, they may be stuck!!!! Just kidding, Totally normal and a great sign!! I have had males court nonstop for 4-6weeks maybe longer!

Well that's good to know. I was worried that one or both of them was going to drop from exhaustion! lol
I've bred lots of colubrids and crotalus, most of those copulations were wham bam.
The only boids I've bred were Emeralds and rosies. The Emerald copulations would go on for a few hours, but nothing like this.

There is nothing usual or unusual, they may take minuets or weeks,you may want to cut back on the viagra dose in the water Ha!
