can I freeze hibiascus flowers?

My hibiscus plants are blooming non stop right now and I don't want the flowers to go to waste ( as my uros cant eat 3 flowers a day). Is it okay to freeze them in ziplock baggies? Will they still retain their same nutritional value? Thanks in advance to anione who replies
