Crescent Color Question

waspinator421 Mar 29, 2009 12:06 AM

So, I was wondering if anybody knew anything about crescent colors in BRBs? I have found that some crescents have orange in them while others are completely white. I have seen less of the completely white ones. I was holding Zuul just a bit ago and was reminded at how her crescents really pop out... took a closer look and absolutely no orange at all. Many of them have been overtaken by the dark brown base color, but no orange. Any ideas?

I thought I heard somewhere that somebody had figured it to be some sort of genetic thing... but I can't remember where I heard it.

I have three with white crescents...

Two genetic aneries that had them from day one.
A third one that I produced that went through a color change and lost her bright colors. She now has white crescents and a more brown background color. Need to take some new pics of her to show what I mean.

Hmm... interesting. I should go through my collection to see how many I have. I dont think I have any others, but I haven't looked that specifically yet.
