I was taking some picture today while feeding some of my collection I decided to take some pictures and I thought I'd post some of the garter my father caught last august. When we got him he was about 3-4". He fed real well during the fall but stoped eating during the winter for the most part. Now hes staring to starting eating again real well. Lucky during the fall I was able to get him onto pinkies and he has no problem with those. I'm realy happy with his progress and even though he fasted through the winter hes still managed to go from 3" to 12" and now weighs 8 whole grams lol. He may not be the prettiest snake but hes a joy to have in the collection.

That's a fine little Garter Snake you have.

I'll admit, we have some crazy snakes here, and my "normal" easterns are a joy to have around.
