Its a black and yellow bug looking thing if you can't see the pics well.

Found them in my tank, what are they called? How can I get rid of them? Any other info is greatly appreciated.

Its a black spot.

Not mites. whats the substrate? Proventomite will kill just about all invertibrates.

Desert Snow, but I think its from some moss I put in about a week or two ago to aid shedding.

It's a Carpet Beetle. They eat clothing/textile products. You can do an internet search on Carpet Beetles to find out more about them and how to get rid of them.

It looks exactly like a carpet beetle. I found two and then switched to paper towels and didn't find any more. They also matched the size that I read they are. Should I have anything to worry about? Also, should I put my tank decor back in?

Any ideas on why this beetle would get into my tank? I don't have any carpet in my house except for about 3 rugs in my kitchen/bathroom.

I don't think they'll bother your snakes. I suspect they do what lady bugs do - look for a place to spend the winter (which sometimes is in people's houses) and then wake up in the spring and try to find their way back outside.

I'd just let the beetles go outdoors.

It looks like a Riffle beetle to me. Very common in most bodies of water.
