Dave... sorry man I haven't gotten a chance to respond to your email. I've been knocked down with a truly fun sinus/upper respiratory infection. Thanks for keeping in mind on those easterns. I assume you've likely gotten rid of them but I'll follow through tomorrow, when I'm mildly more coherent.
