I like his ball morphs but he's morphed alittle too..He isnt sick is he..lost alotta weight....thanks

LOL...no he isn't sick. he wanted to loose some pounds so he cut out some things that keep weight on. One of them I believe is soda...cut it out completely!

you can be surprised what a person can do with their weight by just not drinking any soda.
all i drink myself is water & juice.......a coffee every now and then.

Ralph is a great example of a person who set his mind to something and does. I wish I was like that. I could stand to lose a pound or 40.LOL Looking good Ralph

Yea I was 303#s at 6'4 drinking 8 to 10 cans of soda a day and 2 rockstars on top of that . . So I cut down to one soda and one energy drink (low carb) and in 60 days I dropped 64 pounds . . . . Too much sugar lol

Lol, Ralph is a big inspiration. After telling everyone he stopped drinking soda. I havent picked up a can or a cup of soda for two weeks now. Lets see if im as lucky as Ralph is.

I stopped drinking soda's in 1989. I have not had one since. I don’t miss them at all. They are garbage. I was not over weight but I did loose five pounds the first week when I stopped drinking soda.
