Was checking on one of my leos today and saw that one of her eyes are a bit swollen and watery....took her out and it seemed a bit red. Have any of you delt with this before and if so what is the best option?

She is being kept of a mixture of sand and gravel....temps are 85 on the hot spot to 75 on the cool end....she also has a humidity chamber to get in and hide as well.
