It's so exciting checking the forum for new litter pics and updates this time of year. I hope everyone's season is off to a good start.

Just a quick pic snapped through the scratched up plexi door of my girl Zahara. I didn't want to bother her, she's not due until mid-June, the waiting can be so hard sometimes. Even though she's in her dark gravid colors, still looks pretty good I think!

Hopefully she'll have a healthy little litter. This would be her second time breeding, she is 11 years.

This was her ovulation, it was the first time I've seen it in person which was very neat.

Happy Friday!

It might not be all that exciting of a litter, het albinos, but I'm looking forward to seeing those kids.

Good luck with the rest of your season!

I think finding a new hobby is a great idea this time of year, maybe I can sneak the xbox controller away from my b/f and get some play time in.

Thanks Ash!

>>Who's the Dad?

Alpine, my kahl albino male, produced from my first litter in '03. He was my 2nd choice keeper from that litter, just a mid-grade albino but has some nice pink on the head. Of course you can't see any of his color in this pic

I expect the babies to just be hets, Zah is not a het as far as I know. Nothing all that exciting, but it's part of a long term project I'm working on.

Next year I'm hoping she'll be ready to go again and I'll try the red group jungle with her. Now that is going to be a litter hard to wait for!

Have a great day!
