Are the Black Pearl melanistics a pure Leopard or are they a cross/hybrid with an African Fat Tail? They seem to have a faint spinal stripe and the tail ridges/lumps appear more AFT than Leo.

Definatly no AFT blood in the black pearls. It's highly unlikely that an AFT and a Leopard gecko will ever be hybridized.
If a chahua x crested is possible I think this is very possible, another question is will this thing, if it is a morph(wich I think it is )be able to reproduce or be sterile(mule)?
R. chahoua and R. ciliatus are much closer related than Fat-tails and Leopard geckos. They're in the same genus, AFTs and Leopards are not. That still does not mean it is completely impossible, but it has been attempted many times, and never happened. There are claims that it has happened, but no one ever can prove it, so likely not. I really don't see what about Black Pearls look like AFTs at all. They look just like normal leopard geckos with a dark cast over them, like black leopards or jaguars.
