clogged nose

I have an eastern milk that i have raised from a hatchling... she seems to have clogged her nose hole up pushing around through her bedding. has this happened to anyone else? should i take her to a vet or will it fix itself next shed? she is still very active put has stopped eating nice around the time i noticed her nose...
