Spider and pastel?

jsgpanthers Apr 06, 2009 12:32 PM

I am not new to Ball pythons but the morphs are new to me just now thinking about getting into them and I want to make my own bumblebee. I know there for sale out there but I just want the joy of creating it myself. Here is my plan tell me if it will work.

YEAR 1
1. 1 Male Spider breed to 2 female normals = 1/2 of the clutch being Spiders

2. 1 Male Pastel breed to 2 female normals = 1/2 of the clutch being Pastel

Now hopefully I get some Males and females of each then down the line 3-4years whatever it takes

Breed a Spider with a Pastel and I should get a bumble bee right?

When I breed a spider and pastel what will the clutch be % wise? Whats the odds of getting a bumblebee and will I end up with any other cool morphs?

Thanks

Spider X Pastel -->
1/4 normal
1/4 spider
1/4 pastel
1/4 spider and pastel (bumblebee)

Your plan will work, but it would be quicker to buy a spider male and a pastel female and mate them.
