Male snake off feed

spyiii Apr 08, 2009 02:18 AM

I have a gopher that went into brumation from the end of Nov. to the end of Jan.

When he woke up all was well. Good weight, healthy, active, he had 2 small meals and 2 larger meals.

For about a month he has been constantly active and has refused any food.

Is this normal for some males that are in breeding mode?

sounds like he is lookin for love, I have two males doing the same thing and one has mated with a female and still is cruising constantly.
