Took my eyes off Bo for 2 seconds..and I am not exadurating (sp)...He was 1 foot from me on the back of the couch...BAM he was gone...he is not in the couch..we took it apart

Here is what I have done...he could have went into one of the bedrooms, that is as far as he could have gone without us seeing him...so I put a flood light in that room and made a basking spot....

then in the livingroon, where he lives, I put his cage contents, basking spot, not perfictly clean paper towel from his cage ( for the smell) on the floor and set his light up over it.

we looked in...lol, under fridge and every place we could think of. All outside doors are very tight, no way he could slip under....

Does anyone else have any hot tips??????Help...please

I have a lot of dragons and occasionally they escape. They seem to seek out dark cool places. Here in NJ they always want to be behind something against an outside wall. I've never had one go for a warm place like behind the refrigerator, always a cool place.

I love mine awhile back and I had a cat at the time so when i realized he was missing i was scared. I tore my room apart looking for him and was wondering around the house and just couldn't find him anywhere. He ended up on a piece of luggage and starlted me as i was going down the hallway when i saw him. They can be anywhere good luck.

Thanks for the assistance and most important the positive support that I will find him.....Everyone else, keep the stories comming.

My client aint gonna get much work out of me today,,,All I can think about is Bo...

The thing that gets me is that I was watching the tip of his tail as he was moving across the back of the couch the second I could not see it anymore I got up to go get him. Gone. I will keep ya'll posted...

Check places he can climb into... back of the couch, sides, curtains etc. I thought I lost mine up the access shaft in the wall for the heat pipes for the base heaters...but a week later I heard her scratching metal and found her by the base heater next to my computer... needless to say I grabbed her quick before she could run out of reach again.

One thing you could try and placing crickets or superworms in a clear container where she could easily see it..to draw her out during the day. Place a dark hide close to it so she may decide to hide there, after she gives up trying to get the tasty bugs
