That enclosure looks a little small for three adult geckos. (just my opinion, others can add their thoughts)

Go invest in 4 large Tupperware containers, place all four so that the corners are touching, then put a extra large heat pad in the middle so that the pad is heating 1 corner of each container, put their hides on that corner in each individual container, Viola they will not fight and be nice and happy. As they get older, having them in that single container will cause you some probs. Oh, be sure to put ventilation holes in your Tupperware, somehow this simple conclusion has eluded people in the past and people have been know to suffocate their geckos unintentionally.
