I really like that reduced pattern/tiger/banded/striped/whosmawhatsit. How is the toffee bellies color in real life compared to he photo?

I forgot to write it down but am I correct with the green rats being f1 box canyon?

The photo of the Toffee Belly is almost an exact representation of his true colors. All of the pics came out very true to life.

And yes, you are correct on the rats.

Very cool about the toffee belly. I need to to find some time to get some lessons. I am horrible at taking pics.

I picked up a few more greens frm some different locals. How is your season starting out so far?

Very nice hogs!

Is there something up with your male southern's eyes? It may just be that picture, but they look clouded over (like retained eye caps or something). Just figured I'd ask.

I do like the peaches on your female simus too. Who'd you get them from?

His Eyes are just fine, it must be the pic. Nothing in my collection would ever have retained eye caps for more than the time it took me to remove them..

I really like the female too. She should produce some nice offspring.

They were purchased from Ben Siegel in '08. I have them feeding on non-scented pre-killed pinks and they are doing great.

Thanks,
Jon

Cool. Yeah, I figured that an experience hog keep with such a nice collection would not miss any reatined eye caps.

My male southern retained both of his eye caps after his last shed and that picture just reminded me of how his eyes looked. (Boy were those things fun to get off! lol)

That's interesting that you got your's from Ben...I can't remeber the last time I saw any from him.
Nice find.

He posted them up at the end of last year. I think he had 10-12 of them. They were just born and hadn't had their first meal. I think they were like $60 ea. I wish I would have bought another pair or two.

Would you care to post some pics of your high red Simus??
